TRANSIT TIME

Colorado Kayak Supply strives to ship all orders within 24 hours of the time placed. Orders must be placed before 12 noon to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be shipped the next business day. CKS ships Fedex ground unless otherwise requested. Hawaii and Alaska orders may require additional fees and time. Please call CKS for details. Fedex Delivers to most areas within 2-4 business days. If your package is going be delayed a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email with updated shipping information.

Transit times correlate to "business days". For orders placed on Friday- Monday will be the next business day.

KAYAK SHIPPING INFO
Whitewater Kayaks
	Kayak's are oversized and require special handling charges. All Kayak rates are based on Ground Delivery to a Business Address. Residential Delivery is possible but is not recommended. Expedited shipping is not available for kayaks Returns and Exchange Kayaks: Colorado Kayak Supply (CKS) gladly accepts kayak returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call CKS to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary from $75-$300 depending upon the size of the kayak and your geographical region. Returned or exchanged kayaks must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive full credit. Touring Kayaks
	Shipping Rec & Touring Kayak's requires special shipping arrangements. Pricing will very depending on region, boat length and final destination. Rafts and Inflatable Kayak's often require oversized shipping rates and are listed on the individual items. Raft Packages will require special considerations and a CKS staff member will contact you via email or phone with shipping options

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 3-day, 2-day, Overnight

If you need your package expedited it is best to call us toll free and place your order with one of our sales staff. Expedited orders must be placed before 12 noon to be shipped the same business day. CKS uses UPS for all expedited orders. Due to the rapid increases in fuel costs shipping prices are subject to change by item and location. We will contact you with updated expedited costs when they exceed the rate shown on our website. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome international orders. Special shipping rates and restrictions apply to all international orders. We will contact you via email with shipping charges prior to processing your order if they are different from what is shown on your order. CKS can not ship kayaks internationally. We can ship them to any port city in the US and you are responsible to make arrangements from there.

Fees, Tarrifs, Taxes
International orders may accrue additional custom fees charged by your local government. CKS is not responsible for any tariff, tax, or duty fees charged by local governments. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay all fees upon the receipt of their package. If you have questions about these fees please contact your local government.

International Shipping Rates Typically Run $59-$99

PO Boxes, APO, FPO

When shipping to a PO, APO or FPO. CKS must used "US Postal Service", Fedex and UPS will not deliver to these locations. Tracking of packages is often difficult via USPS. Therefore CKS prefers that you provide us a physical address if possible, so that we can ship Fedex or UPS.
