How do I return my order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest shipping via insured mail. *Customers may be assessed restocking fees. CKS does not accept returns on gear that has been used or missing factory tags, used kayaks, closeout items, special orders, or purchases from CKS Main Street.

Mail all Returns back to with your RA# clearly labeled on the outside of the box:

Refund

We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping/handling charges. *During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.

 

Exchange a Product

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.. You may return your product within 30 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

Exchanges

Coloradokayak.com does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. You may reorder at any time, as these are two separate transactions.

What if I don't want the charge for two pairs on my card at the same time?

If you don't want the charge for two boots on your card at once, you can wait until you get an email from us saying that your card has been refunded and then you can place your replacement order online as soon as you see the credit appear on your statement. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.

Need to file a claim? Coloradokayak.com carries a lot of different products from dozens of different manufacturers. CKS makes it a goal to only represent products from companies that stand behind their products. Warranties vary by product and by manufacture. Many manufactures handle their warranties in house and others handle them through us. CKS is here to help as long as your product was purchased through coloradokayak.com. We ask that you please keep your sales receipt as verification of your purchase!

Return a Boat or Board

Returns on Kayaks, Rafts and Boards

If you are not completely stoked with your Coloradokayak.com purchase, for any reason we will offer a refund within 30 days of purchase excluding shipping & handling. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary up to $600 depending upon the size of the kayak and your geographical region. Returned kayaks must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive full credit. *Restocking Fee or shipping damage fees may occur.
