Put your seats in their front upright position, make sure your seat belt is secuely fastened, and hold on tight cause its gonna be one hell of a season. You can tell every year when the season is getting close when the buzz traffic increases regarding the level on Escalante. And for good reason Escalante is a great early seaon warm-up, has great camping, and the whether on the west slope is generally pretty nice this time of year.
